How Buenje handles enquiries and conversations. Updated 29 October 2026.
What you share
Our enquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, project description, budget, timing and how you found us. Vera’s chat stores your messages and replies. Please don’t share passwords, payment card details, access credentials or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to understand your request, respond and prepare potential work. We also categorise conversations internally to understand requested services, goals, stated budgets, timing and broad markets. These insight records exclude names, contact details and exact addresses; conversation records remain accessible to authorised administrators. AI tools may assist with reviewing enquiries and preparing responses. Buenje reviews commitments and approves client emails. Vera is an AI assistant and may make mistakes. Enquiries do not add you to a marketing list or publish your brief.
Project payments
When you pay an agreed project fee, Stripe handles card details. Buenje stores the request reference, agreed amount, payment status and provider references for reconciliation. We do not store full card numbers. Treat payment links as private and share them only with the intended payer.
Access & retention
Enquiry records and conversations are available to authorised company administrators in a protected office. A random identifier in browser session storage identifies your own chat; office sign-in uses session cookies. Closing your browser session can remove access to an anonymous conversation. Unsuccessful enquiries are reviewed for deletion; active project, accounting or dispute records may be retained where needed.
Site analytics
Optional visitor analytics is switched off. We count enquiry records, optional referral information, commercial milestones recorded by our team and verified live payments in our private office. Test and internal records are excluded from conversion reports. We do not ask you to enable analytics identifiers to use this website.
Access, corrections or deletion
Use the Contact chapter, select ‘Other’, include your enquiry reference and tell us what you need. We may confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records.
